Scaeva was a gladiator in the House of Marcus Pelorus.
Swords and Ashes[]
Though not involved directly, he was sentenced to death for the actions of Medea. While mocking his former companion, Timarchides remarked how if Scaeva had spent less money on wine and whores, he too could have purchased his freedom. His death was not mentioned, but as with most other gladiators from the House of Pelorus, he most likely was one of then ten killed by Spartacus, Varro, Barca, and Bebryx in the primus of the Funeral Games of Marcus Pelorus.
