Michael Hurst is a New Zealand actor and director most famous for playing the character of "Iolaus" on the Rob Tapert-produced Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
Hurst has thus far served as director on three episodes of Blood and Sand, one episode of Gods of the Arena, two episodes of Vengeance, and two episodes of War of the Damned.
He is also credited as producer on Vengeance.
Hurst participates in several commentaries on the Spartacus Blu-ray releases.
