An unnamed boy is the newborn son of Ilithyia.
Ilithyia's son is the illicit child between Spartacus and Ilithyia conceived the night of a secret masked liaison organized by Lucretia. Spartacus believed Ilithyia was Licinia, while Ilithyia believed Spartacus was Crixus.
Blood and Sand
Lucretia arranged for Ilithyia to supposedly meet with Crixus at Ilithyia's request, however she instead tricked Spartacus into sleeping with Ilithyia in a ply for revenge against her wealthy friend. The child was conceived while the two are still unaware of each others identities.
Ilithyia's son was born the night Spartacus and his rebel army fought and overcame Glaber's legionnai
res on the slopes of Vesuvius. Lucretia, believing that the child was a gift from the gods to the House of Batiatus to fill the void left by her own dead child, cut him from Ilithyia's womb and threw him and herself over the cliff as she embraced him as her own son, hoping to bring him to her husband, Batiatus, in the afterlife.
- Glaber never found out that Ilithyia's child was supposedly Spartacus's son, although Spartacus mentioned and implied it.
- He is the youngest character in the series, as well as the youngest one to be killed on-screen.
