Gnaeus Helva was the Magistrate of Neapolis during the time of the death of Marcus Pelorus. He heard the case involving the settling of Pelorus' estate and found in favor of Quintus Lentulus Batiatus as opposed to Gaius Verres, who sought to give the estate to his friend Timarchides.
