Modos was an unnamed slave of Laurus, along with Sibyl, Diotimos and a handful of others. Following the Siege of Sinuessa, Modos joined the rebellion.
Appearance[]
War of the Damned[]
Modos witnesses another slave of Laurus being stoned to death in the Market area, whom Spartacus mercifully kills by throwing a stone at his head, killing him instantly.
When the Rebels storm through the gates of Sinuessa, Diotimos returns to Laurus' villa, where Sibyl, Modos and a few other slaves are being held. Laurus is in wait however, and gains the upper hand on Diotimos, fatally stabbing him before Gannicus arrives and decapitates Laurus. With Laurus dead, Modos, Sibyl and his other slaves are all freed, and all join the rebels as they take over Sinuessa.
Modos survives Crassus' attack on the rebels within Sinuessa, as well as the Milea Ridge. He decides to remain with Spartacus' forces instead of going with Crixus to Rome.
When Tiberius and his men are forced into gladiatorial combat against the rebels to honor Crixus and the other fallen rebels, Modos is among the spectators, cheering the combatants on.
His ultimate fate is unknown.
