Bathyllus is a former slave who joined Spartacus' rebellion against the Romans.

Bathyllus fought alongside Spartacus, Agron, Nasir, Naevia and Gannicus in the final battle against Crassus, surviving it and ultimately fleeing to the mountains with the fatally wounded Spartacus. After the rebel leaders death, Bathyllus travelled with Agron, Nasir and the other survivors north towards the Alps.
