Cynthia Addai-Robinson is an actress who portrays Naevia in season two, Spartacus: Vengeance. She joined the show, replacing Lesley-Ann Brandt after she decided to leave the role. Cynthia also reprised her role as Naevia in season three.
Personal life[]
Cynthia was born in London, England to a mother from Ghana and an American father. At four years old she moved to America with her mother and grew up in Washington DC.
She graduated from Tisch School of the Arts. Her first role was in 2002.
Acting Career[]
For the next several years she appeared in small guest starring roles in various television shows. Her first big role was in 2009 on Flashpoint as "Debbie". In 2011, she appeared in the film Colombiana and later joined the cast of Spartacus as Naevia after Lesley-Ann Brandt left the show[1].

Cynthia has since appeared in two episodes of The Vampire Diaries[2] as the witch "Aja", and made a small
appearance in the film "Star Trek Into Darkness"[3]. In late 2013 Cynthia was confirmed to be playing Amanda Waller in Arrow[4].
Cynthia appeared in the 2015 History Channel mini-series, Texas Rising, as Emily West the woman celebrated as the Yellow Rose of Texas for her contribution in gaining Texas' independence. [5]
