NNaevia comes from karthago and is integrated into capua. Her mom died early, so she became a slave in Battiatus's house when she was a child.
Sadly we don't actually know anything about Naevia's parents or her heritage, though fans seem to agree that she was Phoenician. All we know for certain is Naevia was born in the ludus and lived her entire life there until she was banished.
